21 prefectures x about 90 items: Ice in Japan in one visit

The second edition has been upgraded in scale! This year's event will bring together about 20,000 people from all over the world.30 brands, about 90 flavorsThe exhibition is based on the book "Ice Journey". Based on the book "Ice Journey (アイスの旅)", along with curator Misato Kofi's recent discoveries of popular new works, the event offers everything from a classic buttermilk bar to a creative fruit popsicle in one sitting.
