Nagasaki Prefecture is located in the northwestern part of Kyushu. The prefectural capital is Nagasaki City. I. Night View of Nagasaki

[Fung Tau Mountain]


Mt. Kazuto is located 3 kilometers east of Nagasaki Station at an elevation of 151.9 meters. [Oura Catholic Church


Oura Catholic Church is the oldest surviving church in Japan. It was built in Nagasaki during the late Shogunate period and was designed as a Gothic-style church, a typical example of European architecture in the Middle Ages, for foreigners staying in Nagasaki. The stained glass that adorns the sanctuary is a 100-year-old artifact.

[Yamamoto 2-3 Museum of Fine Arts]



Opened on July 1, 2018 Yamamoto Nisan, born in Goshima City, Nagasaki Prefecture, has been drawing for about 40 years and has worked as an art supervisor on a number of manga and comics, including "Sky City Laputa," "Tomb of the Fire Drops," "Hime of the Objects," and "Maiden of Time. The museum exhibits background paintings of the Jisan Yamamoto's manga as well as an art gallery depicting the original paintings of Goshima. The building is a remodeled version of the Takeshi family's residence, "Matsunen-tei," which was built in 1863 (Edo period).
This is a museum where you can see the paintings of the Yamamoto Jisan family, who grew up in the nature of Goshima Yuudai, and experience the history of Goshima.

[Onigake Starry Night]
