Starting March 1, 2026, the "Kyoto Yamashina Hotel Yamaku" (京都山科 ホテル山樂), located in Yamashina-ku, will launch a new "Wagyu Lunch Buffet (和洋ランチブッフェ)", which offers a wide range of dishes, from roast beef to sushi, and from spring wagyu to desserts.

The fine dining restaurant "Shanko" has been upgraded from a semi-buffet to a full buffet, with the number of dishes and portion sizes greatly increased. It's perfect for family dinners, gatherings of close friends, or birthday celebrations.

Three types of wine, including the iconic sparkling wine Cava and red and white wines from the Manchuela region, are available for 90 minutes of unlimited drinking for only ¥1,000. Pair the wine with roast beef and hot dishes to take the flavor to the next level.
