What is the "Pokémon Observatory" (ポケモン Observatory)?

Must-See Highlights: Japan's Forefront Observations and Survey Results

  • National Astronomical Observatory's Subaru Telescope: Located at the summit of the Manaqui volcano in Hawaii (elevation of about 4200 meters), it captures images of deep space from solar system objects to tens of billions of light-years away.
  • Japan's Asteroid Survey "Hayabusa 2" and Asteroid リュウグウ: Review the milestones of Japanese deep space exploration with images and data.

Combining video, sound and theatrical lighting, this program allows children and adults to understand "how the universe really works" in the most intuitive way.
