Travelers will be able to enjoy the hot springs as well as the three popular buffet restaurants in the hotel, where they will be able to enjoy limited edition dishes filled with the scent of spring.
The spring menu is available at three restaurants simultaneously, including "Terrace & Dining Sora", "Wafu Restaurant Star (Wadainig Star)" and "Cedar Palace World Restaurant (Sydapales)". From Japanese cuisine to Western creative cuisine, seafood and desserts, travelers can experience a rich culinary feast during their spring travels.

Three major restaurants offer limited edition spring dishes
TERRACE & DINING SORA: Seasonal Ingredients for Western Cuisine
Terrace & Dining Sora, located in the Zuikan, is a buffet restaurant specializing in Western cuisine, and is only available to guests staying at the Zuikan. The elegant environment of the restaurant provides exquisite cuisine and comfortable dining atmosphere.
Spring menu highlights include "Seasonal Vegetables and Pork Filet Pan Roasted with Caramelized Cream Sauce". The dish combines the natural sweetness of spring vegetables with the richness of pork, and is paired with a flavorful caramelized cream sauce to create a richly layered entrée.
You can also enjoy the French appetizer "Koudi Chicken French Cold Pie" made with Oita's brand chicken "Koudi Chicken", as well as the balsamic-flavored Chinese Fried Chicken, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Located on the top floor of the Hoshikan, Wafu Restaurant Hoshi is the closest buffet restaurant to the sky at the Suginoi Hotel, specializing in Japanese cuisine. Part of the restaurant is equipped with a skylight, making it a cozy place to dine in an open space.
One of the recommended spring dishes is "Kakeira Sushi", which is made of vinegared rice with ingredients such as cherry blossom petals, canola flowers and salmon eggs, giving it a colorful appearance like a spring garden, and allowing people to feel the breath of spring from both the taste and the sight.
There are also bonito and shrimp dishes grilled on straw, with a light smoky aroma, and salt-grilled mackerel stewed in garlic olive oil and Spanish garlic with haricots verts, which are full of flavor and perfect for pairing with wine.
Cedar Palace World Restaurant: Seafood and Mediterranean Cuisine
Cedar Palace World Restaurant at Suginoi Palace is a buffet restaurant for all ages. A large round aquarium in the center of the restaurant creates a dining atmosphere that feels like you are in an ocean world.
The spring appetizer section features a Mediterranean bar-style theme with colorful dishes such as "Strawberry Camembert Cheese Salad," "Seafood Cappaccio," and "Bacon and Quail Egg Salad Pie."
One of the most recommended entrees is the "Silver Salmon and Shrimp French Pizza Bread". The chef wraps silver salmon, shrimp and shiso leaves in a crispy crust and bakes them, resulting in a crispy outer layer and a filling full of seafood flavor, which is then served with a white wine sauce for a taste of elegance.
For dessert, the restaurant offers a limited edition of almond desserts for spring, including the cherry blossom-scented Sakura Almond Bean Curd from March to April, and the colorful Dragon Fruit Almond Bean Curd in May, which has a smooth, sweet texture without being greasy.
