The rooftop space is approximately 296 square meters and offers a more open view than typical indoor restaurants. In the evening and at night, you can enjoy the urban night view formed by the skyscrapers and lights of the new city center.

The easiest way for travelers to use it is to tie it in with arena events on the same day. After watching a show or exhibition, you can walk there and avoid getting stuck with the exiting crowds trying to find restaurants. However, it's not open every day, and rooftop seating may be canceled in case of rain, so you should check the date and weather before booking.

The main course includes a meat platter with beef chuck, beef belly, pork shoulder, chicken thigh, large sausage, spicy sausage, and vegetables. Drinks are self-service, including Sapporo Black Label draft beer, whiskey highball, lemon sour, oolong tea highball, red and white wine, sparkling wine, cocktails, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. The all-you-can-drink time is 2 hours, with last order 30 minutes before closing. You can adjust the strength when making your own cocktails, but the legal drinking age in Japan is 20, and those under 20 are not permitted to drink alcohol.

Rainy days and trip planning require attention.

The rooftop area will be closed during rain. In principle, a drink-inclusive course starting from ¥5,000 will be available indoors on the 3rd floor. However, availability may be limited if the indoor seating is full, and the course may be canceled. If it starts raining after you have entered and the rooftop service is suspended, the regular fee will still be charged. As summer weather can change quickly, travelers who strongly prefer outdoor seating should confirm on the day.

Beer garden customers cannot receive parking discounts, and they also have drinking needs, so taking the JR is the most convenient. It takes about 30 minutes to get from Tokyo Station to Saitama Shintoshin, making it suitable for a suburban dinner during a Tokyo free tour. If you are not attending an arena event, you can also visit Omiya or the Railway Museum in the afternoon and then go to Shintoshin for dinner in the evening.
