What is "TOKYO MADE MORNING"?
"TOKYO MADE MORNING" is a breakfast buffet featuring local ingredients from Tokyo. Some of the ingredients used have been officially certified by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as "TOKYO GOOD MADE", which recognizes the use of Tokyo-made ingredients or quality food with a traditional Tokyo manufacturing method and cultural background, and is marked with the exclusive "E Mark".
In the garden restaurant, surrounded by natural light and greenery, travelers can enjoy the atmosphere of a Tokyo Bay resort while savoring the taste of breakfast nurtured by the spirit of Tokyo's workforce.
Highlights of Selected Dishes
Direct delivery of Lenten-flavored vegetables from production
Pesticide-free vegetables from the Yoko Farm in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, are delivered straight to the table, and are served with a versatile "mixing vinegar" based on Tokyo's famous rice vinegar and the hotel's homemade asai sauce, which expresses the original flavor of the ingredients and the freshness of the sauce.
Fukagawa rice cooked with Edo Maezukuri.
Fukagawa Rice, a fisherman's dish from the Edo period, is a soy sauce-flavored asamochi with traditional side dishes such as Edo-mae seaweed tsukudani, kohlrabi tsukudani, and pickled radish from Tokyo, upgrading the elegance of Tokyo's common people's cuisine to a hotel breakfast version.
Adachi Udon
Ashikaga Udon" is made with Ashikaga komatsuna, which has a light aroma and smooth texture, and is refreshingly light without being heavy, making it an ideal bowl of Japanese food for a mild morning meal.
Omelette and Handmade Breads
The chef makes the omelette on site, with your choice of bacon, ham or sausage. Freshly baked daily, the hotel's homemade bread is served with cream and jam, a fine example of the sophistication of a city resort hotel.
Tokyo Milk with Freshly Squeezed Cantaloupe Juice
For drinks, we recommend Tohkyo milk, which is made from raw milk from the Tama region, and freshly squeezed cantaloupe juice, which is as rich as the flesh of the fruit, to add a sweet and refreshing flavor to the morning.
