The most eye-catching feature this time is the record-breaking number of collaboration cakes, totaling 50 varieties. The booth run by the Sapporo Sweets Kingdom Promotion Council in collaboration with the "Tenka Sugar I" project will feature 20 venue-limited original desserts made with Hokkaido sugar and ingredients. Combined with 7 varieties of the trending "Sapporo Neo Strawberry Shortcake" and 10 varieties of the "Sapporo Neo Cheesecake," there will be a total of 37 varieties.

In addition, seven sweet potato desserts in collaboration with the Hokkaido Sweet Potato Project and six original Mont Blancs made with Kasama chestnuts from Ibaraki Prefecture will be added. For Taiwanese travelers, the most interesting part of this event is being able to taste Hokkaido sugar, dairy products, fruits, sweet potatoes, and chestnuts all at once as a dessert map. It is recommended to travel and share with a group so that you can try more varieties without overeating.

The venue-limited original desserts are expected to include creations from shops such as Patisserie Furuta, European-style Confectionery Mont Jeli, Cake de Bois, Sapporo Grand Hotel, Chocolatier Masale, Swiss German Pastry Workshop Biene Maja, Sweet Hearts NAMPO, Patisserie Anne Charlotte, Patisserie Bliss Bliss, Patisserie La Neige, YUHIA SWEETREE, and Le Patissier Furuta.

Some products may be adjusted, but the list shows that this is not just a collection of ordinary dessert booths, but rather summer-limited creations made jointly by Sapporo and Hokkaido dessert shops. If you want to photograph the complete selection, it is recommended to arrive early on a weekday or right after opening. Popular items may require queuing, and they might also sell out later in the afternoon, so dessert lovers should not schedule this as the last stop of their day.
